Andrew Cotlar has over 10 years of experience in communications law, serving the legal needs of public television stations and defending their First Amendment Rights. Andrew has been an advocate for public broadcasting before the Federal Communications Commission, Congress and the Courts.
Recently, this firm helped defend the law mandating carriage of public television stations on satellite against First Amendment Challenge.
